A new start with a portfolio of my favorite photos.
This portfolio shall not be that detailed with many galleries as in my other album with 19.000+ photos containing Thailand, the Costabrava - Catalonia (Spain), South-Africa, Dutch history, KLM, Dutch (West) New Guinea and a bit more about several other countries.
On top of that galleries containing fauna, my digital herbarium (flora) and general photography.

My photos are my daily views and experiences, catched by my eyes and transformed in pixels by means of my camera.
The real views with the connected feelings are stored forever somewhere in my brains, as Gérard Macé (a French poet) said:
"Des images comme un manteau de mémoire" ("Images like a coat of memory").
The photos are in principle basic, no technical gimmicks and, where really necessary, only a bit "repaired". No photoshop (too complicated for a simple person like me and no time), only Faststone has been used.
"Photos I like" doesn't mean necessarily nice and glossy views but can also be bitter, touching, shots of scenes making me sad or even angry as our world is full, but full of injustice!
